- We do not collect any customs fees, VAT/GST, brokerage/administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order. By purchasing our products, you consent to take responsibility for any fees charged by the authorities of your country.

If your tracking says “no information available at the moment”, take note that shipping companies take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
- We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned to our store.
