International Returns and Exchanges- We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned to our store.
Cancellations and Refund- It is possible to cancel within 24 hours of an order, UNLESS your order has been processed. If your order is processing, and you insist on cancellation, we have to charge 30%-50% of the product price to cover material costs.
